Well, We had a successful first month of bed and breakfast accommodation!

We catered for horses and riders who enjoyed riding across the hills to the Anchor and a group who were looking for photo shoots for their new venture of photographing brides who wish to ‘trash their dress’- apparently a new idea from America! We also had families who attended days at Cefn Lea near Newtown and a group from Gloucester who loved the peace and tranquility.

We are due to have our chicken house renovated this week and we are getting a new cockrel (Barrington!) who is lonely after he outlived his last wife and is moving in from down the valley.

In the guest sitting room we have put in a new clearview woodburner which gets blissfully hot for those chilly evenings.
